The navigator service is open 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week. General mental health support is available 24 hours a day.
People access this service for a variety of reasons, examples of the work we carry out are:

Connecting people to support groups and self-help courses

Reducing isolation by building community knowledge and connections

Signposting to relevant services and organisations
This service is run in partnership with Northamptonshire Health Foundation Trust.
