Tomorrow, (Wednesday), is the annual National Stress Awareness Day and we will be bringing you tips and advice on how to cope with stress in your everyday lives.
The event, organised by the International Stress Management Association, (ISMA), promotes knowledge about stress, best practices for stress management, well-being, and performance that are recognized nationally and internationally as well.
Held on the first Wednesday of every November, it aims to promote facts around stress and its effects.
From hypertension, heart diseases, decreased immunity, loss of sociability, and decreased mental vitality, stress is not to be taken lightly!
We will be posting tips and advice on our social media channels and we will also be showcasing some short videos of our staff highlighting how they cope with stress.
